Individual League Points x 0.15 plus the scored points for each of the 4 ROC runs scored 30-1. The top six racers in each gender will constitute All-State 1st Team, 7-12 placings shall constitute All-State 2nd Team, and 13-18 placings shall constitute All-State 3rd Team. Ties in places will be broken by head-to-head finish, head-to-head time, and coin flip.
