The Sparta Ski Booster Club continues to provide our community with an affordable alternative for winter sports gear. Just in time for Holiday Shopping. Come shop the extensive selection of NEW & used SKIS, SNOWBOARDS, ICE SKATES, SKI BOOTS, POLES, SNOWBOARD BOOTS...plus apparel and accessories. It's your best opportunity to sell your used gear, upgrade to better gear, or sell gear the kids have outgrown. Selling and buying are both open to the public.

8:30 AM EARLY ACCESS: $10 per family (limit 4 per family). Cash only.
9:30 AM FREE ENTRY: Doors Open To All - FREE Entry.

Sellers:
- DROP OFF: Register your equipment Friday night, Nov. 3rd between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM at Mohawk Ave School, Sparta (drop off’s are not accepted the day of the swap)
- TAG FEE: $1 per item.
- COMMISSION FEE: 20% of the sale price.
- All proceeds benefit the Sparta High School Ski Team
- SELLER FORM: Please fill out the Ski Swap Seller Form ahead of time. Leave the "Tag #" column blank until you arrive and are assigned a tag for each item.
- You can choose your own price for each item that you're selling. Volunteers will be on hand to help you price an item if you need assistance.
- Clothing and equipment must be clean
- All bindings must be indemnifiable and meet the current Indemnified Bindings List.
- You will have the option to come to pick up any items that don't sell between 2:30-3:30 PM on Saturday, Nov. 4th, or leave them as a donation
- Unsold items that are not picked up by 3:30 PM will be considered a donation
- Cash given at pick-up, or payment checks (for higher volume sellers) will be mailed during the week following the swap.
Buyers:
- Just come to the swap during sale hours on Saturday, November 4th, 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM...you won't believe the deals!
- No "swapping" is required...you don't need something to sell in order to shop at the swap.
- Early Entry Access begins at 8:30 am - $10 fee per family (limit 4)
- No admission charge after 9:30 am
- Line up outside the front door.
- Major Credit Cards are accepted, Cash or local check only
- All equipment sold "as-is" and are sold as "parts". Please consider that it needs to be serviced by a certified technician at a ski or snowboard shop.
- All winter sports are dangerous and can result in injury and/or death. Equipment is purchased and used at your own risk. Assistance and recommendations provided at the Swap are to be considered "advice" only. Ski Swap patrons hold the Sparta Ski Boosters, Inc, the Sparta High School Ski Team, and SpartaSki.com harmless.
Clothing Drive At The Swap
Drop Off 8:30am to 1 pm Sat. Nov. 4th
Cleaning out your closets?
We will be having a used clothing drive during the Ski Swap to help support the SHS Alpine Ski Team. We will receive money FOR EVERY pound we collect.
We are collecting:
- Wearable & usable clothing: all sizes
- Shoes, belts, handbags, hats, gloves, backpacks, scarves, ties
- Linens: blankets, towels, pillows, curtains, bed sheets, quilts, tablecloths
- Stuffed Animals (no hard toys)
Please put all items that you are donating in tied plastic garbage bags.
